Mphasis

  • Built Argus, an AI test-generation agent packaged as one credential-free Docker image with four pluggable modes (UI, API, service, hybrid) for GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Designed a non-blocking pipeline fan-out that generates Selenium C# and NUnit suites, verifies them credential-blind against an ephemeral QA environment, and publishes hash-manifested files or optional merge requests
  • Made the agent provider-pluggable across Anthropic and OpenAI models and integrated Jira Zephyr as an optional reporting mirror and system of record for generated test cases

Illinois Institute of Technology

  • Supported over 120 systems programming and 200 database students through grading, tutoring, and academic guidance
  • Automated grading with Python and Perl, deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to streamline the evaluation process

Zoho Corporation

  • Migrated CRM's Canvas server to a key-value store, reducing first-read latency by ~38%
  • Implemented gRPC-based inter/intra service communication, improving coordination speed by ~20%
  • Built a proxy layer for mail requests originating from Zillum, enabling request throttling and controlled traffic flow to downstream mail services
